Q: What is the difference between creating a lead or an account?

A: Basically a Lead is a client who you have not closed any business with. An account is a company that you have closed business with and has an account number. With our system, a lead is easily converted into an account with the push of a button and is automatically assigned an account number.


Q: How easy is it to log a sales call?

A: Quite Frankly, it's never been easier. Managers/Administrators have the ability to pre-define up to 5 specific KEY SALES MESSAGES for their employees to follow. Once you are on the Sales Call Screen, you have access to those Key messages at any time - affording you simple, but powerfully specific Key Messages to your customers. every time! In addition, these Key Messages are stored long term, so if they change throughout the year, you will always have access to all Key Messages delivered throughout the year - tied back to each client. Once you've logged your call, you can instantly set up your next call through the Task Manager.


Q: How do I know whom to call each day?

A: Before you close an account or lead record, the system prompts you to set your next contact "date" for that record. Your records are then compiled into a list by the follow-up date assigned - and those list are automatically 'queued" for you when you log in each day. Thus - your daily call list is pre-defined, by you each day you log in.


Q: Is my data protected?

A: Your data couldn't be more protected. Our systems have the highest security encryption available on the market today. In addition, we run redundant back up, mirrored servers so your data is always safe, secure and protected.


Q: Can I try GVTIconnect before I buy it?

A: Yes. You can review the demonstration section of our website, as well as gain access to our live demo site. To obtain a username and password to access the demo site, please call 877-791-4367 ext. 85 and one of our sales will assist you. Or, use on online contact form, and we will provide credentials to access the live demo site via email.


Q: What kind of product support can I expect?

A: 24-hour response to e-mail inquiries (use the Contact Us Form). Standard telephone support hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time.


Q: Do I need to know how to program a computer to use the software? What special knowledge do I need to run the system?

A: No and None. The user interface is extremely intuitive and was built with a training assistant in mind. Depending on the package you purchase, you are given one on one training and easy to follow system manuals.


Q: Do I need to download any software to use the system?

A: No. All you need is an Internet connection and an Internet Browser.


Q: How long does it take to set up my system?

A: While we are creating your website for you, you will be asked to deliver to us your employee database and your current customer list (in a pre-defined) format. Once we have your lists uploaded, you can begin using the system. The entire process is amazingly quick.
